We typically meet on the last Wednesday of every month from 18:30 - 19:45 CEST on Zoom.
We welcome up to 20 participants to ensure meaningful conversations. Our sessions are currently conducted in English and free to join.
After you register your interest, you will receive a link by email to join our call.
Following the session, participants will receive session notes and a recording of the meditation.
