BLUE MIND
There's a reason we're drawn to water.
Something shifts when we're near it — the noise in our heads softens, our breath slows, the weight of the day loosens its grip. Science has a name for this: the Blue Mind effect. And the mechanisms are real. Heart rate drops. Cortisol falls. The mind grows quiet.
You don't need to live by the sea to experience it. Rivers, lakes, canals, or a simple park fountain will work. Blue space, even for just 15 minutes, is one of the most neurologically sound ways to recover from the demands of modern life.
In this session, we'll explore what water does to the nervous system, why it works, and how to bring more of it — practically and intentionally — into your everyday life.
We welcome up to 20 participants to ensure meaningful conversations. All free sessions are first come, first served.
