PAYING ATTENTION TO OUR EMOTIONS IN CHALLENGING TIMES

You may feel helpless, frustrated, angry and it makes you feel vulnerable. And what do you do? You push it aside. You focus on the task, on others, on getting it right. You overlook the one piece that matters most: yourself.

Feeling unsettled by emotions is not a flaw. It's part of being human. But we've learned to read it as weakness. So we hide it. Hardly anybody talks about emotions, let alone addresses it.

We lose something this way. When we ignore our emotions, we ignore our humanness and miss what they carry: information about us, about the situation, about how we respond to uncertainty. Emotions are a path to understanding and safety.

Only when we allow ourselves to embrace them can we show up authentically — and truly connect to ourselves and others.

All sessions are free and first come, first served. We typically keep group sizes small so everyone can participate. Sign up now, and let us know if you can’t make it in the end.
