INDIGENOUS WISDOM

Long before resilience was a buzzword, indigenous communities around the world were living it.

For generations, indigenous traditions have carried practical knowledge about how to stay grounded through hardship — how to move through loss without losing connection, how to steward what matters, and how to hold both grief and hope at the same time. This isn't about being nostalgic; it's some of the oldest, most tested guidance humans have for staying whole under pressure.

In this session, we'll explore some of these teachings — with care and respect for their origins — and what they offer us as we navigate our own uncertain times.

We welcome up to 15 participants to ensure meaningful conversations. All sessions are free and first come, first served.
