BLUE MIND
There's a reason we're drawn to water.
Something shifts when we're near it — the noise in our heads softens, our breath slows, the weight of the day loosens its grip. Science has a name for this: the Blue Mind effect. And the mechanisms are real: Heart rate drops, cortisol falls, the mind becomes quiet.
You don't need to live by the sea to experience it. Rivers, lakes, canals, or a simple park fountain will do. Blue space, even for just 15 minutes, is one of the most neurologically sound ways to recover from the demands of modern life. Especially these days.
In this session, we'll explore what water does to the nervous system, and how to bring more of it — practically and intentionally — into your everyday lives.
We welcome up to 15 participants to ensure meaningful conversations. All sessions are free and first come, first served.
