Welcome.
We invite you to find a comfortable position, put your feet on the ground.
Your hands on your lap.
Sit straight so the energy can flow through you
- from Father Sky to Mother Earth
- from Mother Earth to Father Sky
Gently close your eyes.
Now take a deep breath into your heart
Exhale, and while doing so, let go of everything heavy or stressful
And again
And for a last time ….
You’re sitting on a bench in a stunning surrounding. It might be at the seaside, in the woods, in the mountains - just trust your intuition.
Suddenly, you notice something in the distance. A door. You walk towards it and take a closer look at it.
What does it look like? What is it made of? What is its colour? What does the handle look like? Explore it.
Then you gently open the door. You realise it’s the door to your heart.
There is a staircase leading downwards. What does it look like?
You slowly walk down the stairs until you arrive in a beautiful room. It’s your heart space.
Look around you. Feel it. What does it look like? Is there light in it? Are there windows? What is its texture? Are there any objects? Take note of everything.
How is the atmosphere in your heart space? How does it feel? Take it all in.
While you are exploring your heart space, a friendly being appears. You look at it and welcome it. Introduce yourself and ask who it is.
Then ask:
What do I need to know about feminine energy? How can it support me in my life?
Listen carefully. Take your time.
Now ask:
How can I bring more love into my life, my family and my communities? How can I bring more love into the world to bring hope into these times of transition?
Listen carefully. Take your time.
And finally ask:
Is there anything else I should be aware of?
Listen carefully.
Once the dialogue is complete, say thank you to the being, acknowledging that it showed itself and shared its wisdom with you.
Once you are ready, walk back up the stairs. Gently close the door behind you, behind your heart space.
You know now how precious it is and that you can return here any time. You know that this is a place of complete safety and peace, no matter what is happening in the world.
Let this insight settle into your body.
Back on the bench, sit for a moment, enjoying the stunning surroundings. Let the answers you received quietly settle within you.
You feel at ease. You feel safe. You feel loved. You feel grateful for what you received.
Once you are ready, gently come back. Slowly open your eyes. Stretch. Feel your body. Make sure you are fully back.
Then take a moment to note the answers you received.
